Management is very absent. They do not lead by example, let alone know the jobs of people they over see. We are always out of product and find it more important to go on "ADVENTURE WALKS" then make sure employees have the needed items to do their jobs effectively. Huge disappointment! Losing $$ !!

My customers. I love meeting new people every day and making their stay memorable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management accountability, team work driven environment and tools for success in each department... aka inventory.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training, ordering, support, handling guest frustrations, helping when short staffed. Ensuring products on our menu are ordered. Leading by example.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team tries so hard every day to make our guests feel welcome and glad they chose our location. They are kind, caring compassionate people. Just very frustrated with the management, our turn over rate is through the roof.
