Communication and follow up use the system in place GXP , prepare guests arrivals in day shift so night shift is smooth, credit card on file ,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fast food workers make more money than I do and they don't have to plunge clogged toilets. I would expect at least hazard pay for this job duty as well as .50 more for working the night shift over day shift. Front desk workers with bad attitude and low guest experience scores are compensated same
