we are a new acquisition, so not really sure, but the benefits package is awful. I'm paying more for less than my previous benefit package offered. The medical does not offer a plan that has co-pays, so I am expected to pay all doctor visits out of pocket. How do they expect me to do that? 0/10

Guests that come back a lot.

We generally work well together, but most of us have been working together for 2 or more years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the medical benefits are set up so that the company doesn't have to put out as much money rather than for the benefit of the employees.
