Im educated and what i see the managers are jealous and try to make life hard when im working
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not just higher anyone who applies. Have some standards. I had <30 min interview and got the job. Feom what ive seen and heard. People get the job and and not a right fit get hired and they quit after a few days
