They need to have real expectations for the housekeeping employees to have a "spotless" room, when you don't even change the comforters after every day. They want the rooms to look perfect in 30 minutes which is extremely difficult. Benefits like PTO are non existent.

I haven't gotten a raise in over a year....minimum wage went up, and all employees making under that were given a raise to what I was making, only they had to do half the work I did. I clean 15 plus rooms a day and they clean 5-8...
If the GM would order even vaccum bags of mop water and stop blaming others for his mistakes

The company needs to hire technical people to answer tech questions about the Hilton Honor's App. Reservation agents aren't paid enough to do this job. We're too busy trying to figure out how to make the reservation system work.
I do a lot for this company and get paid 10.75 even for being there 2 years. I feel I'm working in a hostile place.
Not paid enuff for work load missing multiple people that could be filled but was say we are full staffed. Mangers dont even accommodate an employee for fainted to leave and got get medical check up
I got to work five nights a week. Do my line cook work as well as the dishwashers job. Thats two jobs for the price of one. My check NEVER looks like the work ive done.

They gave me 120 hours PTO.we changed management so Hilton had to pay me for those hours.but they only paid me for 80.So they kept the 40 hours.
