Room keys dont work most times. Guests have to be escorted to rooms and are trapped there unless they want an escort to their room every time it locks behind them by front desk. Tv guide needs fixed you have to go one channel at a time to see what you may like. No channel lineup

Take a survey and ask your customers. Especially the ones that we see often . Ask every employee about their job . They want to be heard but they are scared because of the chain of command and HR is part of them . No one should have to endure this . I already lost my job , they shouldn't lose their
