Fix the technology and many of the current problems will disappear.

Better pay for who deserves it. Too much to write down

Company policy just needs to be enforced; this happens everywhere that allows everyone to be their own boss.

INFESTED WITH CREATURES IN THE ROOMS STAFF DONT CLEAN AND SANTIZE ROOMS PROPERLY AND HOTELS ARENT KEPT NEATLY STOP LYING TO GUEST AS WELL

Room keys dont work most times. Guests have to be escorted to rooms and are trapped there unless they want an escort to their room every time it locks behind them by front desk. Tv guide needs fixed you have to go one channel at a time to see what you may like. No channel lineup

Better pay for the people who work the hardest for the company.

Take a survey and ask your customers. Especially the ones that we see often . Ask every employee about their job . They want to be heard but they are scared because of the chain of command and HR is part of them . No one should have to endure this . I already lost my job , they shouldn't lose their
