Communication with employees within a reasonable time frame of what is being asked

Have professional and non-racist supervisors
they must learn listen to team, understand them and meet their needs as well.
I have worked the Night Audit at this one location for about 5 years straight and I just recently got my pay raised barely above $16 per hour! That is NOT on par with fast food or any business in the areas STARTING pay. Multiple recent hires that No Longer work for us were given more pay to start!

achievement acknowledgement & an inclusive environment
They need to have real expectations for the housekeeping employees to have a "spotless" room, when you don't even change the comforters after every day. They want the rooms to look perfect in 30 minutes which is extremely difficult. Benefits like PTO are non existent.

More job-related questions as opposed to behavioral questions. I don't believe you can find quality talent based on behavioral questions when a candidate is put on the spot and asked to recollect a random time in his past.
No family members allowed at all
NEVER WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS AGAIN WAS REALLY HORRIBLE AND THEY CONSTANTLY LIED TO MY FACE AND JUST GAVE ME UNDERPAID AND NOT WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING AND ALSO LIED ABOUT INCENTIVES AND BENEFITS
