What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stock and salary are good

My salary is competitive and my medical/vision/dental benefits are very good.

Decent pay for a startup

As a startup, the equity is obviously not liquid.

I believe my comp is in line with the market

I have the ability to substantially increase my income if I achieve the results that have been set out.

The best part is the fixed salary.

Definitely the medical coverage! Best in class ;)

It is very fair and tracks market value

I appreciate that we all get stock options and a chance to partake in the ownership of the business. I also like that we have a 401k match and a significant contribution from Hiya to our HSA plan.

Salary is good, stock options are decent, medical benefits leave a lot to be desired.
