First location i worked for was wonderful however the location i am at now has been brutal and unforgiving with the ethics and professionalism i have witness being exhibited. It is absoulutely atrocious how coworkers are treated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The store manager is wonderful however.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its not the compny its the individual locations

There are few that need to be removed or fired from the team. They are not team players and refuse to work and act as such
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work in an environment where i am not worried about whether or not the store gossip will interfere with coworker integrity in the environment nor my capability to do my job properly
