This company is Corrupt and they need to do more background checks and interviews with their employees about the store managers. I currently work at a hobby lobby and I am targeted and constantly bullied and so are my Coworkers. Just too scared of termination if they speak up

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my coworkers are OK it's mainly management that is corrupt in the store
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I meant to put negative I clicked wrong. Not many people look forward to coming to work due to management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like to work in a place that I don't feel like I'm gonna be targeted every day for any little thing they can find
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being kind to their employees and not nitpicking every single thing they do when they work their butts off constantly being told that they are not good enough and what they're doing is not good enough while they sit back and watch doing nothing
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For my manager to not hire somebody and then two weeks later make them full-time when they've never worked for the company and we have other employees that I've been waiting for a very long time for a full-time position. And working very hard to get it might I add
