That they had you take a math test to be sure you can do the math

Being able to help a customer on the sales floor or frame shop is so nice sometimes walking around the store with the muffled songs is peaceful

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The manager needs to be more respectful, he needs to stop giving dirty looks, and the slient treatment when hes mad at you for not doing what he wants even tho you are in the middle of helping a customer

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The lines are always crazy, we need more cashiers, but then frame shop needs there three girls, seasonal needs at least 2 closers everynight and it has one if that they come in way at 5 so the department has been thrashed all day
