I work in the seasonal Department in Washington. I love and enjoy my job and give it my best. I just wish that management would be fixed because we have a mean manager and she's always cursing with her friends in the store and give very dirty looks to female co-workers but is super nice to the male.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my boss gives me an excitement and I finished my excitement I feel great about it and when I help others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive thing is we have Shane that is our manager he is very kind and understanding and compassionate and helped us in our work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hobby Lobby gives a lot of compensation to us and I enjoy it. I wouldn't change that but as far as management yes that would need help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more professional in manager. And I think the 10th managers can be more team than always letting our head manager try to figure everything out on his own. The rudeness also to stop from my manager Lynn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some that is excellent in what they do they learn it and do their very best. We have also are reliable workers. Always complain about the job. Or they don't really do the work and leave a lot of work for the workers that do work.
