Manager is OCD,employees cleaning fire extinguishers building shelves dropping iitems from a 20 ft latter as customers shop around him. Rushing to get it done no training new hires expected to know. Not knowing one day tonthe next what your assigment will be. Schedule is made weekly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like helping customers and interacting with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid holidays for part time employees. Better training. As opposed to no training.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not sure. Taled a good talk but i didnt tealize how difficult working thete would be.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have no meetings fir last answer. Co workers are not helpful at all. Yelling at you and the customers even notice it. Some are teally nice but others are not. One just loved to bully me and belittle anything i do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just be nice. I ask one if i could help move shelves. She replied"no you will just get in my way". Guess they are leading by example of the manager. I wuit a job to work at Hobby Lobby. I know now it was a mistake. Not the job i expected it to be.
