My friends/co-workers and a few nice regular customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To have better and open communication and understanding with their employees. Not very open to compromise or willing to hear out concerns in my experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-workers are very supportive and helpful. Everyone has each others backs and are quick to lift each other up on the hard days. Could never ask for a better team of friends.
