
My teammates are young, have common sense, most have an education, and they're polite.
They lead you on about a good work environment. You think you're landing a great job but its a trick.
Managers don't think of you as people and expect you to do the work of 5 people all in 8 hours and get mad if you dont finish.
Management needs to have better people skills, and corporate needs to loosen up and realize that the boomers will all eventually die off. If they can't work with the younger generations, the company will fail.
