Poor management, letting full timers push people around, not addressing the problems when brought to managers attention

I am a part time employee who does the work of a full time employee. For years now I have been doing the work of a particular full time employee. Yet she makes $18/her. Management knows this and let's it happen
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more professional and do their jobs. They need to stop bullying people and stop hanging out in the breakroom every time you turn around. Not all employees are this way but the majority of full time need to improve
