What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Sale pages need to be more transparent and easy to translate

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More hours, 13 an hour means nothing with 13 hours on a schedule.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that its over pretty quickly. Its a really tense and tedious environment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to go through all of hobby lobbys rules and weed out anything arbitrary or unnecessary. The sales pages need to be reworked so every sale is translateable to all audiences, as well as the signing in store.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers have no incentive to work hard when management plays favorites over them because they're full time. If they get a majority of the work it only makes sense they should be doing a majority of the work. The seasonal and part time people end up having to pick up slack for people.
