What are some of the best things about your team?
They suppprt me. They at least inform me of my harasser when he enters the store to which management ask I cooperate by leaving my station and hiding until the trespasser leaves.

Mostly good except they continue to devalue and turn the other cheek when leadership and discipline is called upon. I hate to be vague so I won’t. I am victim to repeated harassment at the behest of a former employee with little to zero effort from direct management and leadershi
