Management harasses employees. If they perceive something is wrong, they will yell and chew you out on the floor in front of customers and fellow workers. Privacy about your personal health issues do not exist. Seniors are expected to do the work of 20 year olds.

To be treated as an adult, with respect and consideration.

The nice customers that I have the opportunity to help with their projects.

Helping customers. I have over 50 years of experience in my area of knowledge, and I can assist just about anyone with any problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do not have company meetings or department meetings. There is little to no training. Most of my co-workers have been at Hobby Lobby for years so I ask them about rules and regulations.
