When I can physically see the work I have done and be proud of the effort I have put in.

They actually make you take a basic math test to get a job. Something that everyone should have to do.

The best part of my team is accountability and a sense of ownership for their department and the store as a whole.

I feel like there is a lot of employees to take care of and they do a great job at compensating everyone fairly.
