What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work as a team in my stores. Almost 7 years three stores
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No pay raise in 2018. Work hard. Not fair as cost of living is high
What makes you most happy at work?
My store manager and I love my job. But I'm never t happy with not being able to use vacation time accrued for two snow days where it was unsafe to drive in Seattle WA. New said stay home and off the roads. 10 inches of snow. My manager said shecouldn't use vacation time and I have 58 hours to use
