I have been with the company a little over a year, I don't expect much from a company at all, but the fact of being over looked several times for any sort of "full-time" position at my store is a joke. We have hired 2 people so far, and heard of a 3rd to be coming back after quiting.

We work well together, overall great environment to work
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with others and provide the best service I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work with others making the job much easier when you have an actual partner to help move product up and down the ladder.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been passed up on several opportunities of multiple new hires getting into a Full-Time position long before I have being at the company for over a year compared to the new hires automatically receiving it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When the store first opened up back in September and they began hiring for the store set was where I got interviewed by a wonderful gentlemen who was nice, asked all sorts of questions and what not. Providing a very detailed explanation of the job and what it entailed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring current part-time employees to full-time instead of hiring someone who has never worked for the company a day in there life straight into a position someone else was probably working hard at getting. Been passed up on one to many opportunities due to the unfairness at my store #841
