I have usually been met with positive and encouraging attitudes from the management along with encouragement to stick around and possibly work towards a promotion. Competition feels friendly and not cut-throat.

I enjoy having set tasks for the day and not having to continually ask what I should be doing.

We all get along well usually and have an overall good atmosphere for conversation, jokes, and helping each other when fitting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Usually helpful and willing to work with employee schedules and conflicts. I really appreciate that they are closed Sundays and major holidays for us.
