Being able to work with a team to complete a project. I enjoy learning new tasks and being able to manage my department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a lot of hard working employees, who care about doing a good job. They are kind, creative and make working fun.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our store manager is rude and belittling to her employees. She often holds grudges and shows favoritism. Workers are not treated based on performance and ability but by popularity. Very discouraging to good workers that are not used to their full potential.
