my AM was who interviewed me, he was patient and gave me all the detailed information i needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i was promoted to a csm position in the upland store, however i worked that position for two months and never got my raise, when i tried talking to my manager about it she refused to give me any numbers i asked so i can call and simply said it her fault.
