Horrendous. 5 years of hell.

Leaving after a day of being put down.

My team was good. Management was the absolute worst.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get rid of the math part. You never use it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Start regular schedules for employees. Not open close open close schedules. Increase pay severely. Put management under extreme servailance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hours they force you to work are unpredictable. Truck days you have no idea when you come in or leave and are forced to stay "until it's done or get fired" (stated by store manager). Not near worth the money. Holidays you are there until 11pm for no reason.
