My manager Jessie at our local store her in Los banos has treated all part time employees like garbage he has told everyone we are replaceable and do not matter he laughed in my face when I asked to apply for a full time position I just put my 2 weeks notice I have been disrespect and walked on

Nothing is positive they treat us like trash

New manager's they were rude and made us feel uncomfortable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager and our full time team treats the part time people horrible. They talk down and degrade us. This is why we have people quit with in less than 3 months of being hired
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to treat people better they need to cover when asked for breaks I have missed breaks been over an hour late to break and just yesterday I have had the same employee refuse to cover my break over and over then she demanded I cut my break short and get back out there immediately
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to treat people better not tell them they are worthless and are replaceable not allow other employees to refuse to cover breaks or demand I hurry up or not buy food on my brakes. They need to be replaced with people who are not sexiest as well I have been told I can do a job since I am a girl
