I was recently sick with influenza A for about 4 days went back to work by day 5 still with the sickness cuz I was being asked everyday if I was coming in. Then I haven't worked for about 3 days do to missing a shift and responding late to missed calls now I have to wait for a meeting with the mana

as a part-time person working less than 30 hours a week there is no paid time off including no sick days no vacation no personal days that are paid. For employees that work 30 hours And over I cannot speak to what the policy is for those employees.

I would consider every employee in the same level and let them speech, always with respect, and try to look on ways that everyone feels comfortable and proud to be part of the company.

I lost interest in my job. I hurt myself and asked to go to the dr. That was supposed to be posted on the wall but they ignored me. I had to use my 2 days off plus take 2 more days because i was in so much pain. They didn't care. And they didn't pay me either

What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Holiday Inn?
If i knew my hours were gonna be cut i wouldn't have worked there plus only making 5.50 hr. And 6.00 after I was made head house keeper. The owners kept bringing his family and friends in to work and they didn't want to pay me for what I was hired for
