Either try to get some of the people that have left to come back or let go of all of the new people that the prior CPO hired
Communication! My manager doesn't communicate when a client cancels or no longer needs care. I've lost hours without any explanation as to why.

we are offered good pay and the benefits are the best . Our CEO not only cares about the quality care of our clients but also about all employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay Way underneath market value
I feel undervalued because they gave me 40 hours a week and then they took the hours away without any explanation as to why. I was just removed from the schedule, and this has happened more than once.

being able to help others who for circumstances beyond their control cannot help themselves
