we are not growing at our plant. we are continuing to lose customers and employees. the HOS does NOT work!! it has slowed production down and they create spending for crazy ideas and then restructure the production area continually causing increasing labor costs

Not sure about growing. It's difficult to keep people there. Turnover rate is high. Conditions/Behavior and CI is getting difficult We need to drop that and get back to work
