We are a highly collaborative group that works together to achieve a common goal. We don't always agree, but we value one another's opinion and help each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The review process and how it affects annual raises is very clear. I know where I stand and if I or my direct reports will receive raises and why or why not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how clear they are in their communication about our company's goals and where we are headed as an organization. I always feel like I'm in the know about new developments and how it affects me personally in my role.

Knowing that my work helps make a positive impact on people's lives is directly tied to my happiness at work. Every time someone does a workout with iFIT their lives change- hopefully for the better. Being able to contribute to that experience is a great honor and privilege.
