Overall, ICON is an amazing company to work for. They are currently in the process of making adjustments to make customers and employees more satisfied. They care about their employees and want what is best for them. I can tell there have been some growing pains but I think every company has them.

The people are the most positive thing about the culture and environment. Everyone is happy to come to work and everyone cares about each other. When I first started, almost everyone said that if I ever needed anything, they would always be there to help.

What are some of the best things about your team?
What I love about my team is that we know how to make our work enjoyable and fun. We are able to get so much more done when we are able to communicate well together. Our manager has done an amazing job to help create unity so that we can work well together even though we are all different.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only worked at ICON for a short time but I can tell that my manager and supervisor really do care about me. They want me to succeed in my position and will do what it takes to make sure I am satisfied with what I do every day. They don't only care about my work life but my home life as well.
