My experience is probably different than most. I do think iFIT is a really good company but my specific department is not the ideal place to work. There are other fabulous departments to work for and I know many people who love their job. This company has a lot of potential for sure!

They are excited about the work they do which can be contagious to everyone else to be excited about the work that they do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of good people within the company, sometimes you have to look outside your department to find them. I have been able to make really good friends with some of the workers here.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like having a lot of work to do. I thrive when it gets busy and feel like I do my best work under pressure. I like when I have busy days and I get to enjoy time with my friends.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers don't know how to work as a team. There are a lot of lazy people in my department and they don't take the time to learn their job thoroughly which makes extra work for others. The team lead is extremely lazy and is a terrible example as to what one should be doing in the department.
