For the most part it's been positive. Direct management is excellent. Insurance is pretty decent. PTO policy is okay.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Short, simple, to the point.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care. They are willing to defend you against other departments declaring that you don't know what you're doing.
