What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work primarily with the CFO. I've spoken with her personally on multiple occasions, and she is open and transparent. She truly cares about her colleagues and subordinates.
Nothing, front line employees are just expendable and carry no value here.

Business management. Poor understanding of quality management principles, accounting systems,etc
