I work primarily with the CFO. I've spoken with her personally on multiple occasions, and she is open and transparent. She truly cares about her colleagues and subordinates.
Nothing, front line employees are just expendable and carry no value here.

The benefit package is really comprehensive and a pretty good value. The options are really extensive and priced very fairly.
under Finisar they were generous with RSU with a 4 year vesting period but under II-VI this is undetermined at this time

Th environment is ok. There is a few who are negative and it brings every one else down bit all in all it is a great and stressfree environment to be in
We have been told on and off for several years that we would be closed and then not closed and then closed again. Executive management has treated the front line employees very badly.
Our companies Communication could be better

My interviewer was easy going and presented everything to me that I needed to know as well as asking me equally important questions as well.
management has a poor track record of following up with job posting and candidates. As such interview process can get dragged on for months with no status updates. This has resulted in several good candidates moving forward with other options due to the slow hiring process.
