What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work primarily with the CFO. I've spoken with her personally on multiple occasions, and she is open and transparent. She truly cares about her colleagues and subordinates.
Nothing, front line employees are just expendable and carry no value here.
Opened minded and willing to hear ideas
They are constantly trying to bring in new projects
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefit package is really comprehensive and a pretty good value. The options are really extensive and priced very fairly.
under Finisar they were generous with RSU with a 4 year vesting period but under II-VI this is undetermined at this time
Knowing that my family will be taking care of if something should happen to me
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very collaborative and accepting of one another. No opinion or viewpoint is shut down.
Good technical knowledge, culture is respectful and nice.
Good mood all the time

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Treating people nicely, no politics.
Th environment is ok. There is a few who are negative and it brings every one else down bit all in all it is a great and stressfree environment to be in
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was nothing in particular that stood out
My interviewer was easy going and presented everything to me that I needed to know as well as asking me equally important questions as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Lack of foresight brings freedom to do whatever in there
Leaving at the end of the day.
Constantly engaged with my job with no distraction and havin gun great co workers to pitch in when needed .
