Tax Team Directors have large company/firm experience. Bringing solid expertise or willingness to expand their focus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I think the PH (tax) teams are paid FMV I know the US (tax) teams to paid below FMV. There should be bonus structure for largely non-billing dept leaders as there is for employees that bill.
