This was always mentioned on our internal surveys.

Diverse, happy, easy to get with, teamwork and helpful

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most of them are approachable and easy to get with

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much of surveys but less in action. We need action, not another survey. We want to feel that we are always heard.
