PH Employees should be treated fairly across inDinero, (e.g.: Compensation, Benefits, Training, etc.) Issues were raised by PH Team but it seems that we are not that being heard by the management. Instead, new policies were introduced without resolving/informing us of the status of the prior issues.

Diverse, happy, easy to get with, teamwork and helpful

Most of them are approachable and easy to get with
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much of surveys but less in action. We need action, not another survey. We want to feel that we are always heard.
