I am happy working at InDinero. I feel that I have improved and learned a lot throughout the years, professionally speaking. The company culture and people are very great. My main concern is the compensation and benefits because I think the company doesn't compete in the market.

The executive team listens to the concern of the people. They are all very approacheable and understanding.

We always help each other out. They are all kind and approachable. I feel so comfortable working with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love happy hours and company events. I also appreciate that we have stand-up/ sync-up to check each other out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's inevitable to compare our compensation to other companies in the same industry. Those companies offer higher compensation than Indinero. My colleagues on other companies with same position to me have higher salaries.
