What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the management doesn't seem to promote micromanaging employees, although we are currently in a work from home set up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe I was able to transition easily from being a new hire to an actual part of the team due to how friendly and helpful everybody is in my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not sure if it's the most positive thing, but I like that the community is relatively young. I think it's one of the factors why the company's environment is the way it is.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It might not be the best part, but I would like to acknowledge the salary increase I got after a year of working in the company. It's a great help given all the inflation recently occurring. It also made me feel like the company values the work I do.
