Overall experience with the company is declining with each year. Company culture is getting worse every year.

The leadership team has a lot of ideas for process change.

Completing goals and deliverables on time! Seeing the team do the same!

The team members are very open and optimistic. The culture is great as well.

My manager is very considerate of the team and always thinks of the team's welfare.

Work hours are very flexible but company culture is basically inexistent for those working remotely.

Definitely an increase in compensation; there are a lot of companies offering better compensation right now
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has great culture. We play games during our standup meetings. We are open with our struggles and try to help each other in any way we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very flexible and understanding of personal circumstances. The culture is still good but I can recall a few years back when it was awesome! Wishing we could go back!
