We practice the spirit of teamwork and I love how everyone is so approachable and how everyone treats each other like a family.

For me, it's my teammates. Having such cool and approachable and fun colleagues and managers makes me happy and gives me the drive to go to work.

What I like about the leadership is that I feel valued and visible in the organization. In addition, WFH setup really helps as it allows me to finished my tasks without wasting my time commuting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that I feel valued. During our stand up and sync-ups, I can share my work/nonwork concerns without me being judged by my teammates. I really enjoy the working environment and the people inside our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the employee treatment, was the most positive work culture that Indinero offers to its employees. By having good employee treatment, I believe I was able to build relationships with my colleagues and managers that lead us to work harder. I feel more invested & passionate about my work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from the monetary incentive, I think the WFH arrangement was the best part of my compensation package. By allowing me to WFH, it is less hassle in commuting from work to our home. I also cut costs because I'm not renting a place anymore. Lastly, WFH allows me to be with my family while working
