InDinero is a good place to work as everything is pretty flexible and easy going as long as work is done correctly and on time. I like the unlimited vacation and working from home. I do wish there was better compensation and more benefits.

I feel like I don't get paid for the amount of work that I do and the mental focus and organization it takes to do it.

I don't feel like they know the volume of work that I do and how I multitask on a daily basis but still keep things straight and get things done.

I feel like a do a lot of work but people don't realize how much and how important my job is. I feel like i should be compensated more for these reasons.
