The team and the culture is good. Leaders here in PH is very supportive to all the needs we have and is trying their best to adapt with the new WFH set up. Our struggles are mainly due to recent resignation and the opportunities outside the company in terms of the salaries and benefits.

Salaries of senior accountant outside is higher compared to being a manager here in inDinero.

Incentive awarding - it is the recognition of the team and individual employees where they are getting incentivized based on their performance.

Fun, people can talk to managers with ease and comfortably but still with respect and vise versa. people are sensitive to the feelings of others
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the same industry we have, some of the resigned senior accounting preparer and tax preparers are getting paid higher than the managers here in inDinero.

Salary is low compared to competitors. I just wish there can be an alignment especially those people who stayed and salary was left out by those new hires.

They are proactive. They provide positive working vibe within the team. They are approachable. They are technically good and very responsible. One of the reason why I want to stay with InDinero.

Communication of what is coming. Thorough planning of changes to make and implementations. Collaborative ideas between PH and US for process improvement. PH leadership is maintaining and protecting the culture we established and US is working to get the best culture to be applied to them as well.
