I have enjoyed my time at the company. I think we are making positive changes on how we can help clients and give them a good value of what they pay for.

The retirement matching. I wish this was a higher percentage.

Working remotely the culture is hard to build. The goal of helping our clients is the best part.

I like helping customers and finding a way to give them more value than they previously received or expected.

They seem to have a clear vision on where the company is now and where they want to take the company and the steps needed to get there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working remotely is the best part. I like that the company is starting a 401(k) matching, though I believe it will be 3% and would like to see it higher than the safe harbor amount. I also enjoy that there is a production related bonus structure.
