
I enjoy the work and team aspect involved with my work. Although, there is frustration with some team members not pulling their weight and the feeling that other departments aren't willing to implement changes that will benefit everyone and improve our clients' experiences.
As a general rule I'm happy with my job and position with the Company. The constant pressure to bring in revenue is taxing and the compensation restrictions related to bonus, raises, even cost of living increases weighs on me daily, not only my own situation but also with employee retention.

Being about to rely on team members to timely and competently attend to their responsibilities which allows me to focus on my tasks. Dealing with client escalations because team members delay or don't want to figure an issue out is frustrating and impacts my ability to timely complete my tasks.
