I am grateful that I have been part of this company for almost 9 years.. road to 10! I learned a lot here not only on technical side but being compassionate as well to everyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary doesn't aligned yet with my role as ATM.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe being a Manager is a privileged but at the same time crucial role. You need to properly handle your clients together with the admin tasks but you also need to look out your your team and be available to them to mentor and assist. I think my salary is not yet aligned based on my position.
