What I really love to this company is I'm feeling valued on my job and they provide a constructive feedback to measure the quality of your work. I also motivated because they gave a training program to do our job the best way we can also with the support of my open minded colleagues and managers.

Overall company culture is great! People in the company are very mature and supportive of one another. Definitely not a dog-eat-dog culture. Management is more like leadership. They are amazing. They are also focused on personal and career leadership development.

Easy-going, Patient, courteous and intelligent are just a few words. I was always impressed that they would go out of their way to lend a helping hand whether it to be a clear roadblock and participate in the team meetings just to be there to bounce ideas off.
