We all bounce ideas off each other. Not one person is right, and not one person is wrong. We all come up with ideas and processes that can be implemented
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For myself and my department to get a raise that is much deserved. My department has taken on multiple roles, and has improved all of our processes yet we are not valued enough to get a raise after how much we have improved processes and roles.
